boingg sells customisable children’s furniture, and explaining every variation was getting hard. online, customisation talks happened over whatsapp, with several reference images to explain colours, themes and storage. the final choice still depended on the customer’s imagination.

in the store it was the same story with catalogues, swatches and explanations. customers understood the options, but could not always see how they came together. the problem was not the product. it was visualisation.

after visiting the boingg store, we agreed on a simple goal: make customisation easier, less overwhelming and more engaging for families. customers could explore products, compare variations, rotate models and see each choice at once.

boingg already had 3D assets, textures and graphics, which sped up the work. our studio designed the interface and set up the project in builder. the configurator runs on desktop, mobile, tablets and in-store displays, so it supports online discovery and assisted selling.

customers can explore three bed models, with sizes, themes, base colours, storage options, styles and personalised monograms. instead of looking at references, they interact with the product and see each choice in real time.

in the store, sales teams guide families visually instead of explaining. the sales conversation becomes more collaborative and more confident.
